So I posted a comment on Facebook a couple months ago about my workout.
Unfortunately, I had no clue what she was talking about.
Immediately, I was on a search to educate myself.
I love fitness that doesn’t involve weights.
Not that I don’t like working out with weights, please don’t get it twisted.
The comment that started this journey was about me lifting for curves.
I have been into fitness for as long as I can remember.
During the high school years, I worked out with the football team lifting weights for P.E.
Then after school it was dance club.
After dance club, it was practice and back to working out again.
I’ve always been a pretty healthy eater too.
I liked sweets as much as really good steamed veggies and weighted squats then, and I have done a pretty good job of carrying my love for fitness and healthy eating into my adult life.
Now as I said, one of my BF’s saw a Facebook status I made about working out and suggested I come take a class with her.
Having done everything from Tae Bo to P90X, Brazilian Butt Lift, Zumba, Insanity and more, I thought this was just another workout program.
Oh how wrong I was!
I was so happily disappointed as I was left panting, dripping in sweat, and my butt and legs were on FIRE all the way home!

I can honestly say this is the first time in for-never that a workout literally had me dripping in sweat to where there was someone coming to dry the floor for us so we didn’t slip.
